dnata is an Emirati airport services provider which provides aircraft ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents.

dnata, a major player in airport services worldwide, needed a website revamp.
The existing site suffered from several user experience (UX) problems. Information architecture was clunky, making it difficult for visitors to find what they needed.

Problem statement
The existing dnata website had several usability issues. Finding information was a challenge, and crucial details like contact information and company overview were missing or unclear. There were also inconsistencies in the design across different parts of the website. This resulted in a confusing and unprofessional user experience.
New look and feel
We revamped the website to make it easier to navigate and gave it a modern look that fits dnata's brand. I also ensured that the website functions smoothly on mobile phones and other small devices.
Mobile first design approach
Because the website has some complicated parts like the global network and different countries, we made sure it's still easy to use on small screens like phones. We thought about this a lot while designing to make sure it works well for everyone.
Global network design
A key part of the dnata website is the global network. This section lets potential clients see all the airports dnata operates in across five continents.
We designed it carefully to work well on both desktop and mobile. This way, users can easily find the airport they need and learn about the services dnata provides there along with contact information, without feeling lost in a maze of information.
UI Kit / Design System
Once we agreed on visual direction of the website, we began putting together a UI Kit which makes it really easy to make new pages while making sure they all follow same design consistency.
